Park Street Law Office wins Supreme Court Appeal

Weston W. Reeves and Anna Reeves Olson recently won an appeal to the Wyoming Supreme Court.  The issue in the case was whether Appellant’s easement was specific enough to locate in accordance with Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 34-1-141 or whether it was void for vagueness.  The Supreme Court held that the easement language was sufficiently specific and it found in favor of the Appellants.  The Supreme Court’s Opinion in Leeks Canyon Ranch, LLC, et al. v.
